The Ambassador Mohamed Ali Moumin met on, Sunday 25 August 2019, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Saleh Al-Muhailan, Chairman of Direct Aid Association, to submit a letter from H.E Mr. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, concerning, upgrading the relationship between the Direct Aid Association and the Republic of Djibouti. The Ambassador also took this occassion to discuss with Dr. Al-Muhailan the ways to strength, develop and support the presence of the Association in the Republic of Djibouti, particularly that the Association plays an important role in Africa in the field of technical education.
